Coverage Period

  • Standard Warranty: 1 years from the date of purchase.

Coverage Details

The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, including:

  • Buckle issues: Defects in the buckle integrity, and tarnishing due to defective material.
  • Leather or Fabric issues: Splitting, cracking, or excessive wear not caused by misuse.
  • Stitching defects: Unraveling or stitching out of specification.

Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • General wear and tear: Scuffing, minor fading, or leather patina from normal use.
  • Damage due to misuse: Overstretching, exposure to harsh chemicals, or improper care.
  • Alterations: Damage due to unauthorized modifications or repairs.
  • Theft or loss.

Warranty Service

  • Repair: If the belt can be fixed, the brand will cover the cost of repairs (shipping included).
  • Replacement: If the belt cannot be repaired, it will be replaced with the same model. If the model is discontinued, a similar style will be offered.

How to Claim

  • Online Registration: Customers must register their belt within 30 days of purchase to activate the warranty.
