  • Packaging and Shipping: Please carefully package the item, ensuring it is protected during transit. You are responsible for return shipping costs, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method. ORLEAN is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to the item's warranty coverage and availability. If the product has been discontinued or is no longer in stock, we regret that an exchange may not be possible. In such cases, we will work with you to find an appropriate alternative.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 3-6 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
