I think it's important to find whatever is positive in your life, no matter what is going on. To find gratitude anywhere you can, and build upon that.
Some people might not be happy with their situations, or whatever circumstances they are in, at the same time, we can't just settle and be complacent about these things, if we are not happy with something, we should never settle, and it's on us to take the steps necessary to change those things.
Whatever it is, we have to look and see if there is a different direction we can go in, and find our own paths into a life worth living.
